A George woman, Jo-Anne Lourens (57), from Delville Park went missing on Thursday, 17 March, and is yet to be found.

A George woman from Delville Park was still on Sunday afternoon missing.
According to report by the George Herald Jo-Anne Lourens (57) left her daughter’s house on the R404 farm road in Geelhoutboom around noon on Thursday, and headed towards the airport intersection.
Jessica Hapgood-Strickland, her daughter, was reportedly sleeping at the time.
She said her husband saw her mother driving off in the direction of the airport. She was driving a white Chevrolet Aveo 2006 model. The car has a CAW numberplate with a holographic dragonfly sticker and navy blue cross that says ‘Jesus se karretjie’ on the back. Jo-Anne only has half a tank of fuel.
“A case has been opened with the George Police. Any help to find my mom is welcome at this stage.”
